Our sewer line was clogged up and the basement floor drains were backing up onto the floor. I called True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and made an appointment. The appointment window was 8 to 10 AM. Dean and Hunter showed up promptly at 8, diagnosed our plumbing system, and explained what they needed to do. They were able to clear our sewer line from the basement all the way out to where it goes under the street. Everything is working now and I thought the price was very reasonable. I’ll be calling True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning anytime I have any plumbing problems in the future.

I cannot recommend True Plumbing and Drain Cleaning enough. I had a massive project done after my foundation had to be rebuilt. I had my main line reworked and a new water heater that went into my home. Every single employee that worked in my home was kind, knowledgable, hardworking, and accommodating. We've had True Plumbing out to do multiple gas line updates on our backyard. Most recently they added an extra connection for us to run a pizza oven. Dean was on time, vary courteous, and got the job done promptly while explaining everything and staying after to make sure our pizza oven worked. Erin, Tony, and Omar were a delight to work with. Erin was wonderful with her communication and getting someone to our house to fix a leak the same day. When Tony and Omar arrived they were courteous, explained everything they were doing, and provided the options available. Tony and Omar worked quickly to locate the leak and make the repair. Afterward, Erin and Tony ensured I was taken care of by communicating with my insurance company and completing the needed form. My extended family is always looking for good tradesmen and I am so excited that I can confidently recommend True Plumbing.

What are your service areas?

We’re the go-to plumbing heroes for the Denver Metro Area, but we know great service shouldn’t have boundaries! If you’re a bit further out, don’t worry – we might still be able to help for a small travel fee. Even if you’re beyond that, give us a shout. We love making new friends and solving plumbing puzzles!

Do you work on irrigation lines?

Yes and no. We handle repairs and maintenance for backflow preventers and the main sprinkler shutoff inside your home. We also fix hose bibs—but remember to remove hoses before freezing weather!

Can you scope or clean main sewer lines?

Yes! We can inspect main lines with a camera and clean them as needed.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon job completion. Your technician will collect payment on the spot.

Do I need to provide my own materials?

No, we take care of everything for you! Our shop is fully stocked, and we can handle both standard and specialty orders if needed.

Can you diagnose a water leak?

Absolutely! Give us a call, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.

How often should I clean my main sewer line?

It depends on factors like the age of your house, your piping materials, what you put down the drains, and past issues. We can help you develop a schedule that fits your needs.
